Anxiety Workshop for Parents with a
Special Focus on Sleep Challenges
I Sinead Flanagan, Creative Director of DIY Well-Being, Relax Kids Coach, Author, Fertility Care Practitioner and Wellbeing Advocate in collaboration with Martina Cotter, Kids Yoga and Wellbeing Coach, QTT Personal Development Coach and NLP Coach plan to deliver a session that will change the way you think about anxiety. We promise that this in turn will change your response to your child’s needs. You will no longer wonder if you are fixing or feeding the behaviour challenges.
We can all agree that Anxiety is a thought process however the information that is missing is that the underlying cause can vary. When informed with this deeper layer of understanding parents are then empowered to respond appropriately to the challenge that is arising.
Communication is vital to a healthy environment in the home. Parents are the experts on their child. Everybody benefits when we have a shared understanding and language to empower us to have timely, calm, focused conversations centred around what we are needing in any given moment.
The session will cover:
- The brain-body connection.
- Anxiety’s impact on functionality of the Brain/Body.
- Action steps to manage anxiety.
- Sleep challenges linked to anxiety.
- Tips on recognising the drivers of sleep-related challenges.
- Tool kit of sleep hygiene steps to facilitate restful sleep.
- There will be time for Q and A at the end of the session.

This in-person workshop requires an investment of €33.
A non-refundable Deposit of €15 is required to reserve your place.

We’ll aim to start at 2:00 p.m. sharp and finish on schedule at 3:30 p.m.
